I’m Yasmine, a Naturopath and Herbalist with over 10 years clinical experience, and the founder of Harvesting Health.
I have a deep love for the incredible healing properties of medicinal herbs. Rooted in nature and guided by traditional naturopathic wisdom, each of my herbal tea blends is thoughtfully formulated to support the body’s natural healing abilities. Every herb is intentionally chosen for its unique health and wellness benefits.

These blends first came to me in a dream journal back in 2010, and by 2020, I finally found the courage to share them with the world. I was nervous, but I knew it was now or never. I knew these teas were something special—made with so much passion, care, and love.
